At Mior Jewels, we are committed to offering high-quality products that you can cherish for a lifetime. To ensure your satisfaction, we provide a life-time warranty on plating from the date of purchase. This warranty covers any defects in the plating of our 925 silver jewellery under normal usage.

What Does the Warranty Cover?

  • The warranty covers tarnishing, fading, or discolouration of the plating due to manufacturing defects.
  • The warranty is valid for the lifetime.
  • To avail the warranty, proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) is required.

What is Not Covered?

  • Damage due to improper care, misuse, or exposure to harsh chemicals such as perfumes, lotions, or cleaning agents.
  • Normal wear and tear, including scratches, dents, or loss of stones due to accidents.
  • Loss or theft of the product.
  • Alterations or repairs made by anyone other than Mior Jewels.

How to Claim Your Warranty

  1. Send an email to our customer support at support@miorjewels.com with the following details:
    • Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt).
    • A clear image of the product showing the defect.
    • A brief description of the issue.
  2. Our team will assess the claim, and once verified, we will offer:
    • Repair or replacement of the product, depending on the issue.
    • If the product cannot be repaired or replaced, we will issue a store credit of equal value.

To prolong the life of your plated jewelry, please follow these care tips:
