What Does the Warranty Cover?
- The warranty covers tarnishing, fading, or discolouration of the plating due to manufacturing defects.
- The warranty is valid for the lifetime.
- To avail the warranty, proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) is required.
What is Not Covered?
- Damage due to improper care, misuse, or exposure to harsh chemicals such as perfumes, lotions, or cleaning agents.
- Normal wear and tear, including scratches, dents, or loss of stones due to accidents.
- Loss or theft of the product.
- Alterations or repairs made by anyone other than Mior Jewels.
How to Claim Your Warranty

- Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt).
- A clear image of the product showing the defect.
- A brief description of the issue.

Our team will assess the claim, and once verified, we will offer:
- Repair or replacement of the product, depending on the issue.
- If the product cannot be repaired or replaced, we will issue a store credit of equal value.
