Orders are processed within 1-2 working days (Monday – Friday). Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays may experience delays in processing. After processing, orders are delivered to customers within 3-5 days. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification containing the shipment tracking number, as well as a tracking link via SMS from our delivery partner. Additionally, you can check your order details and track your shipment on our website under the “Order” section. This allows you to monitor the status of your delivery at any time.
Shipping Charges:
We offer both prepaid and COD deliveries across India. For all prepaid orders, a flat discount of ₹75 is applied, irrespective of other discounts. For COD deliveries, there is an additional charge of ₹29.
We deliver to most locations across India. If your delivery address is in a remote area, it may take additional time for your order to reach you.
In case of any unforeseen delays, such as natural disasters, strikes, or other uncontrollable events, we will keep you informed about the status of your order and provide an estimated delivery time.
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email with the details of your purchase. Please review the information and contact us immediately if there are any discrepancies.
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to incorrect address information provided by the customer, or if the package is unclaimed, the order will be returned to our warehouse. We will contact you to arrange a re-delivery, which may incur additional shipping charges.
