Refunds for eligible returns will be processed within 7-10 working days after we receive and inspect the returned items. The refund amount will be credited to the original payment source or your Mior Wallet, based on your preference.
The Mior Wallet is a credit system where refund amounts can be credited for future purchases. The amount in the Mior Wallet is valid for one year (365 days) from the date of credit. After 365 days, the wallet amount will expire.
You can cancel your order anytime before it is delivered. If your order contains multiple items, you can cancel individual items without canceling the entire order. Once the order is delivered, cancellation is no longer possible.
If you receive a damaged product, contact us immediately at care@miorjewels.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged item. We will assist you in arranging a return and replacement.
