Returns & Refunds Policy

We strive to ensure that all our products are delivered in perfect condition through a multi-check process. Please note that failure to adhere to the conditions outlined in this policy may result in the rejection of your return or exchange request. Kindly note the return and refunds policy is only applicable if the product is purchased on our website. We don’t offer return, refund or exchange for in-store purchases.

Return Policy:

We offer a hassle-free 3-day return policy, applicable from the date of delivery. Our reverse pick-up facility is available for most pin codes. If your pin code is non-serviceable by our courier partners for reverse pick-up, you will need to self-ship the product(s).

Eligibility for Returns:

To request a return and refund, please write to us at care@miorjewels.com within 3 days of delivery. Only products that are unused, unworn, undamaged, with all labels and tags intact, and in their original packaging are eligible for return. We reserve the right to process the refund after inspecting the returned items.

Cancellation Policy:

You can cancel your order anytime before it is delivered. If your order contains multiple items, you can cancel individual items without canceling the entire order. Once the order is delivered, cancellation is no longer possible; however, you can initiate a return or exchange based on the instructions provided below.

Return Window:

Our return window is strictly limited to 3 days from the date of delivery. If 3 days have passed since you received the product, we regret that we cannot accept the return.

Refund Policy:

Prepaid Orders: For products returned under our 3-day return policy, the refund can be credited to your MIOR Wallet or refunded to your original payment source (Credit Card/Debit Card/Net Banking) within 7-10 working days, at your discretion.

COD Deliveries: All returns for orders placed using COD will be credited to your MIOR Wallet, which will be valid for one year from the date of credit.

Gift Cards: Upon cancellation or return of orders placed using gift cards, the refunded amount will be credited back to the original gift card.

Exchange Policy:

We offer a 3-day exchange policy from the time of delivery. To initiate an exchange, email our support team at returns@miorjewels.in. If eligible, the exchange process will be initiated, and the original item will be picked up from your address while the new item is delivered. Please note that exchanges are subject to item availability, and if the item is out of stock, an exchange will not be possible. Each product can only be exchanged once, and exchanged products are not eligible for further exchanges or refunds.

Mior Wallet:

The amount credited to your Mior Wallet is valid for one year (365 days) from the day it is credited. After 365 days, the wallet amount will expire.

Process to Get Refund:

To initiate a return, please follow these steps-
  • Send an email to our customer support team at returns@miorjewels.in within the 3-day return window, including your order number and the reason for the return.
  • Our customer support team will review your request and will require a 360-degree unboxing video. Share the video with us via email or WhatsApp.
  • Once we receive and verify the unboxing video and confirm the eligibility, we will provide you with a return authorization.
  • Pack the product securely in the original packaging, including all accessories, tags, and labels.
  • We will arrange a reverse pickup within 3-5 days.
  • We will process the refund amount after inspecting the returned items.
